April Blog Review
Its that time of the month again where I review my blog performance, so lets get started without much ado. The targets set last month were maintain a good posting frequency, get Alexa rank under 900k and promote this blog.
I haven’t been able to maintain the same posting frequency as February, I’ve managed to get 8 posts published in March. Its been a busy month is all I can say. The Alexa rank for this blog has improved to 761,335, that was much more than I expected it to be. 
I’ve published fewer posts this month, but I’ve been focused on promoting my posts more this month. I’ve increased my presence on Blog Engage and Twitter and I’m actively commenting on several blogs.
With April I intend to continue working on improving my Alexa ranking and I hope to reach 500k. Also this time I don’t want to commit to a high posting frequency as I’ve realised that its more important to promote the posts. I will post a fair number of posts though, so you don’t have to be disappointed. Don’t forget to subscribe to the feed to remember to visit my blog when the next post is released.
And yes I’ll be socializing more than ever. So expect to have me visit your blog often and comment and tweet like there is no tomorrow. I’ll also try and experiment with other bookmarking sites.

Slow and steady wins the race some would say! As long as your happy with the growth and consistency of articel I think it’s all good! I hate pressure when it comes to blogging. I find it really affects the quality of ones content.
I’m glad blog engage is working out in your favor. Twitter is also an amazing tool. If you increase your blog comments over the next month you will see a nice increase in return comments and visits. blog commenting works amazing for developing new traffic.

I agree that’s is a good strategy, 1-2 posts per week is enough. I believe your blog will get more readers by this (you can count me in).
