Recently I’ve been trying out a few new themes on my blog. I’ve been looking for a clean layout and a simple design. I stumbled across quite a few nice themes and I was trying them on my blog to see how the page appears.

I’ve recently finished reading Star Trek – The Better Man by Howard Weinstein. I simply loved it. Its got intense mystery right from the start, you’ll really find it hard to put it down.

Its about a trip that the U.S.S. Enterprise has been assigned to a planet Nova Empyrea for diplomatic talks over removing an science station that was set up there 20 years ago. Yesterday while travelling in the train I happened to spot one of my fellow travellers holding a phone that looked just like the Nokia N79 but it wasn’t a Nokia N79. You’re probably thinking I’m out of my mind. Trust me I’m not. Look at the below picture for yourself.

No that picture is not photo shopped. Its a real phone. You’re stunned, aren’t you? It looks exactly like the Nokia N79. Its actually a G’Five N79. The only way you can tell its not the Nokia is by the logo on the right side. Also the phone is not in the same leage as a Nokia N79.

From what I read in a review I’ve learnt that its a dual sim phone, with inbuilt memory of 506KB , expandable upto 4GB. It does have some other features too but not Symbian OS.

On the down side warranty is just for 6 months though. Would you be interested in buying this phone, instead of Nokia N79?

Its been a month already, and its time to review my blog and the performance over the last month. You’ll find last months review post here.

Last month I said I would increase the posting frequency and I’ve managed to keep my word. I’ve made a total of 13 posts last month.

Also I’ve been working on promoting on developing my social presence. I’ve been promoting other useful articles via twitter and recently also taken an active part on blog engage.

And last but not the least I wanted to be in the top 1M Alexa Ranking. Well unfortunately I’ve not managed to make this one yet. I’ve come very close but not there yet. I’m currently at 1,024,848.

So now on to setting the targets for this moth. Well I would want to continue with a similar pace with the posting frequency this month as well. I definately want to get the Alexa ranking up into the top 1M, well actually say under 900K by the end of this month.

Also I’m going to promote this blog and others not just on twitter but also on some other social bookmarking websites. I think its really essential to have a good amount of traffic on a blog and I’m also going to join groups that help to promote traffic.
